TEAM AT YOUR SERVICE
- Technicians who have a formal education in your product technology with a minimum of 5 years’ experience;
- Tech Leaders who coach, mentor and lead up to eight Technicians;
- A Production Leader who coaches, mentors and leads all the Technicians and Tech Leaders;
- Technical Client Care (TCC) Coordinators who are responsible for the transmission of the order monitoring report and assisting in the setting of standards/specifications for each style in each season;
- A TCC Brand Leader who is your key contact person and responsible for all communication between Impactiva’s Production Team and you;
- A Business Unit Leader responsible for all the Team Members in the Business Unit;
- An Internal Quality Assurance Audit Team which recertifies Technicians every 6 months ensuring continued compliance with Impactiva’s processes and procedures and performs the biweekly program audits;
- A Research & Development Engineering Team which assists you, Impactiva and suppliers in recommending improvements to existing processes and procedures and feeds the same to Impactiva’s Learning Department.
- The Impactiva Learning Department which operates Impactiva University and provides the continuing education component of Impactiva’s service offering.
IMPACTIVA AT THE FACTORY
First, we’ll perform a two-day assessment at each factory to determine areas of strength and improvement. Based on the results, we’ll customize the QA Program for each of your factories. The first step will require the interviewing and approval by Impactiva of each member of your factories’ new leading-edge QA Team. They then will be given on-site, the same Quality Assurance System course given to all Impactiva QA Technicians. Classroom instruction will occur each morning, followed by hands-on practice of techniques learned every afternoon within the factory.
Following course completion, technicians will undergo a Supervised Apprenticeship Program, giving them the skills and experience needed to take ownership of their own QA Program. Throughout the process, Impactiva’s QA technicians will be stationed at your factories, providing one-on-one mentoring to factory QA staff.
In addition to providing each factory with a complete package of process documents, report templates, training materials and other intellectual property, we’ll require that factory operations leadership attend a QA Transformation Learning Program which will explain the new processes and procedures they will need to implement and manage in order to sustain a program with quality of 99.0%. In addition, top factory leadership will attend a Change Leadership Coaching Program which will assist to transform the vision factory leadership has to acquire in order to successfully manage their companies far into the future with the difficult challenges their industry is facing. This factory-run QA Program along with continued support by Impactiva via ongoing factory quality audits, technician recertification and process improvement learning, will ensure the sustained success of the Program.
OUR CONTRIBUTION TO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Impactiva’s Quality Assurance Training Program includes a Maintenance and Monitoring component, which ensures the sustained success of each factory’s QA program by providing continuous improvement learning and technical knowledge transfer to each factory QA team member. Any improvements Impactiva makes to its QA processes and procedures will continue to be relayed to each factory. A technical hotline will be setup whereby any factory QA team member can call Impactiva to get technical quality advice at any time. Via the factory QA audits and factory QA team member re-certifications, Impactiva will push for continuous compliance and improvement.
