Materials
- A reduced strength 0.65% AQL inspection is performed on all materials using a comprehensive series of “manual tests” that mimic laboratory tests (using Impactiva’s leading-edge material’s inspection methodology).
- An “Approved Materials” area is created in the supplier’s material warehouse.
- Keeping samples of all tested materials are stored for future traceability and root cause analysis.
