Production Quality Assurance—In-Process

Achieve “Impactiva Quality” by consistently applying simple procedures at 25 key process points.
Conference room meeting with Key Operators before production of each style begins to explain key points to achieve “Best-in-World” quality, the appropriate esthetic look and fit, and psychologically motivate them to produce a great product.
Daily Quality Circle meetings with Supplier Quality Control and Production Supervisors-Managers.
Educate suppliers’ middle management on how to effectively “communicate and teach” their operators.
We will provide on-going training of supplier’s Quality Control Team to learn to identify the defects in Impactiva’s style dependent “Quality Control Defect Checklist” and remove defective product with an ever increasing % accuracy.
Implement basic industrial engineering techniques in order to measure and post defect rates and causes on an hourly basis, discuss results daily with operators and limit the number of tasks performed by each operator.

Production Quality Assurance—Final Shipment

We will provide a tightened strength AQL Final Shipment Inspection using Impactiva’s leading methodology. Critical tests, important tests, and optical-feel inspections are performed daily on all completed product to ensure that what is shipped fulfills your quality standards. Rejected lots are reworked 100% by the supplier for identified defects.

Testing Control

Impactiva will help you to manage your compliance to US-EU physical-chemical materials and product testing by:

Developing a list of materials to be tested at the beginning of each season.
Working with your suppliers to receive a vendor test report for all required materials.
Taking material cuttings or finished product from ongoing production and sending them to designated 3rd party labs.
Controlling the reception of 3rd party lab reports.
Summarizing results in a weekly report with % of approvals/failures.

On Time Delivery Monitoring

Assist you in managing your on time delivery by emitting accurate / reliable order status updates every Monday with alarms for late orders and new forecasted ship dates. Detailed emails of the status of particular orders can also be provided so that we can continuously inform your suppliers of the importance of meeting confirmed ship dates.

After Sales Root Cause Analysis

Create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and learning throughout your supply chain:

Obtain detailed information on all quality problems/issues.
Perform a detailed and complete investigation until the root cause is determined.
Communicate findings immediately to all customer, supplier and Impactiva team members.
Implement permanent changes across your supply chain to prevent reoccurrences.
