Impactiva’s Factory Reliability Audit
Upon your request, a qualified Impactiva Technician will visit each of the manufacturing locations you wish to perform a Factory Reliability Audit and will perform a review and evaluation based on the following criteria:
- Equipment (Availability & Ability to Perform Required Operation)
- Factory Cleanliness - Equipment Maintenance
- Owner / Leadership Team Mentality Towards Quality
- Internal QA / QC Systems
- Management Turnover
- Artisans / Operators Skill Level
- Quality of Product: Development
- Quality of Product: Production
- Compliance with Lead-times: Development
- Compliance with Lead-times: Production
- Laboratory (Equipment and Calibration Certificates)
- Communication in English (Written, Spoken)
After each visit, Impactiva’s Technician will send the customer the Factory Reliability Audit which will highlight the factories strengths and weaknesses by giving a score to each of the above twelve criteria. It will also give the Factory an overall grade based on the following scale: unreliable, limited reliability, with work can be reliable, reliable, very reliable and world-class.
