Impactiva’s Objectives
Assist you to control the chemicals that exist in the materials or products you are purchasing:

- Detect prohibited chemical substances prior to production to avoid having to take difficult decisions when hundreds of thousands of dollars of product have already been produced

Impactiva’s Material Laboratory Test Monitoring
Impactiva will assist you in designing a material chemical testing protocol which includes all the latest requirements of California’s Proposition 65 and/or the EU’s REACH program.
Impactiva will then work with each of your suppliers and all of their material vendors to ensure that any material that touches the consumer’s body will have the corresponding required testing by a customer approved 3rd party laboratory.
Impactiva will keep you informed on a weekly basis of the progress it is making in receiving all the required material vendor laboratory testing reports. An alarm will be raised if any material vendor is delaying the delivery of the required test results or if any test results fail. You the customer can then recommend actions to be taken.
Impactiva’s Product Laboratory Test Monitoring
Impactiva will assist you to design a final product laboratory testing protocol which will minimize your laboratory testing costs while complying with the directives of California’s Proposition 65 and / or the European Union’s REACH program.
Based on the testing protocol, Impactiva will coordinate with all your factories to ensure an Impactiva Technician can visit each factory during the manufacturing of each style to be tested and ensure that product samples from bulk manufacturing stock are chosen to be sent for testing to a 3rd party laboratory approved by you.
Impactiva is then responsible for labeling and sending the samples to the 3rd party laboratory, receiving the results of said tests and immediately contacting the customer if any negative results are found.
On a weekly basis, by factory, a general status update of all testing to date will be
sent to the customer.
