Impactiva Team Members Who Broke the “No Gift” Rule
On January 9, 2011 a factory owner offered a bribe to an Impactiva Technician in order for said Technician to loosen quality requirements, as the factory was under intense lead time pressure due to shipments it had to make the following day. Impactiva‘s Technician notified Impactiva Leadership of said attempt at bribery. On behalf of the entire Company, we thank the Technician for upholding Impactiva’s Values and protecting our customer and the world’s consumers, and in his honor have named January 9, 2011 as ETHICS DAY, to be celebrated henceforth every year by all Team Members at Impactiva.
