Uneven Stitching

 The stitch density and the distance between the double row seam were incorrect because of improper rubbing and flattening of the material.

Impactiva Solution: Impactiva got the factory to hammer the excess thickness on the seam, and to apply oil on the PU, which makes it easier to move the material freely on the stitching machine. This resulted in an even double row stitching distance.
