“A picture is worth a thousand words”. Practical solutions to problems encountered in the manufacturing process that demonstrate how we assist our customers’ factories to produce Right from the Start TM.
Problem: uneven quilt width at inner the sleeve.
Impactiva solution: we identified the deviation and instructed the factory to press/iron the sleeve panel before the quilting operation. This very much improved the workmanship and thus, the esthetic look of the sleeve.
