“A picture is worth a thousand words”. Practical solutions to problems encountered in the manufacturing process that demonstrate how we assist our customers’ factories to produce Right from the Start TM.
Problem: labels with numbers to identify the pairs were being stitched on the lasting margin. In this place it was difficult to remove them later, therefore some tore and didn’t come off completely.
Impactiva solution: we got the factory to stitch the labels on the topline for easy removal at the final stage.
