“A picture is worth a thousand words”. Practical solutions to problems encountered in the manufacturing process that demonstrate how we assist our customers’ factories to produce Right from the Start TM.

Problem: Roping and puckering found at sleeveless armhole of women’s tops.

Impactiva solution: we suggested cutting the armhole binding in bias instead of in straight grain direction. This procedure completely avoided roping and puckering at armhole thus achieving the desired aesthetic look of the garment. Thanks to our end-to-end QA Program, this defect was detected at the initial stage of the production, avoiding reworks or rejections at later stages.
