Problem: Improper handling of master cartons, they were kept on the bare floor touching the walls of the warehouse. This is risky because the master cartons can absorb moisture, and this can result in moldy shoes arriving to destination.

Impactiva solution: Impactiva got the factory to cover the floor of the warehouse with plastic sheets in the areas that the master cartons are kept, and maintain a distance of 1 mt. (3.3 ft) between the walls and master cartons
