Problem: shanks of all sizes stored in one bucket, what causes that wrong length shanks are attached to the insoles.
Impactiva solution: we got the factory to separate the shanks in 3 different buckets: small, medium and large lengths, so that the artisans can easily find the correct size to attach to the insoles.
