Negligence in Production – Case #098

Problem: the sole pressing operation was not being performed on some pairs due to negligence on the part of the sole pressing operator.

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to place a barrier on the conveyor belt so that the shoes cannot pass through to the next operation. An operator has to let them pass the barrier once he/she has checked that the soles are correctly pressed.
