 Inconsistent zipper attachment to the upper. Previous marking operation was not being performed.

Impactiva Solution: we got the factory to develop and use a transparent plastic marking pattern, and in order to center and mark before stitching the zipper. This resulted in consistent attachment of the zippers to the uppers.
